In real every-day life, MLP is never brought up. Nor is it spoken of. Maybe it is because I hang around people near the ages of seventeen or older, but none of them talk about it , and they probably don't care much for a little girl's show. I remember when it was a little popular in the 90's. During the years of '02 to about '09 or so, it wasn't talked about and nobody was interested in it. It was a fad that came and, like many shows and toy lines, passed. After watching the new My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, I will say that the show is cute and has some nice animations...but it is still a simplistic show for a young female audience.
